This year our company held a staff recognition awards night and as part of the prizes awarded, the high achievers received a styling session and new wardrobe. The task we set Alison was unique in two ways; the first being that the recipients were not actually requesting a make over but more an opportunity to understand what clothing styles suit them the most and make them feel the best about themselves. The second was that two of the staff members were actually interstate.
Alison was incredibly flexible and easy going even when the two interstate sessions were conducted via video conference!
